Why not change it up this Christmas and surprise the lady in your life with an electronic gift. There is such a large selection of items to choose from that you are sure to find something that she will find useful and that she will love. Here are some of my personal favorites that are in the stores now. Digital Picture Frame I love this idea. This is at the top of my list right now. With 11 grandchildren I never have enough room to show all my favorite pictures and video clips of them. There just isn’t enough room in the house. With this I could save a slide show on the digital picture frame from all those thousands I have stored on my computer. I could also remember all those special moments with the Grandchildren and family and re- load more pictures as they grow up. To make special occasions like Christmas and birthdays even more special I could create a slide show for that particular event. I think my favorite is the frame from GBE Digital. Instant Cell phone Charger This is the perfect stocking stuffer and could be a lifesaver. I remember a bitterly cold day when I was stranded and lost with a dead cell phone. The cell phone charger would have made a dangerous situation a lot safer. I would make sure that I never traveled without it by putting one in the glove compartment. This would give my husband peace of mind too! Navigation System This gift would be the perfect choice to go along with the cell phone charger. Imagine having the security of a navigation system that gives you turn-by –turn directions that speak street names. I love the fact that it gives you advanced warning of traffic problems ahead and with just a touch of the screen will give traffic details or how to navigate around it. Imagine the frustration you would avoid and the security it would give you. I’m sold on this one! The under-the–counter iPod This clock radio is designed to play your iPod. The system fits under the counter (no counter clutter) and gives you the option of listening to the radio or your favorite music on your iPod .I like the idea of cooking up something special while playing my top ten tunes. Quick Cam This is something that would be great if I lived away from family and Grandchildren. The Quick cam is an easy and enjoyable way to stay in touch. It has the advantage of giving you the ability to talk to the other person as well to see them. It would make such a difference to those special occasions when you cannot be there in person. Neat idea. The Logitech QuickCam Communicate STX Xbox 360 Last but not least I chose the Xbox 360. Every Grandparent knows that you need to keep toys in the house for when the Grandchildren visit. I already have the old Xbox, and it is very popular among boys of all ages. The latest and fastest Xbox will ensure that they love to visit, and that Granddad has something to play with after they are gone. A winner for sure! Comments2 Comments so far |

Maureen .. I am completely dumfounded as to WHY you would have XBOX 360 on your list of electronic gadgets for women unless, the reason of course, would be to get the men in your house out of your hair!
