Digital Hearing Aids

The days of one hearing aid for everyone are basically over. Digital Hearing Aids are here and they are programmable. Of course an expert does the programming but the point is to tune the aid to your specific hearing profile. Another way to look at it is to tune to what you want to hear the most, loved ones and especially your spouse. Of course the tuning could go both ways where specific sounds are tuned out… I’ll leave that to your imagination. Here are a few links to learn more about them:

    Ever since my hearing loss was discovered, I’ve worn two. Wearing just one is awful! It makes me hear “lopsided” for want of a better word!
