Sin City house prices had a huge run-up in the past decade. Today Clark County, Nevada is once again leading the pack, only this time it’s the foreclosure Capital of the USA. I think it is fitting that the gambling capital of the world should hold this record. Vegas runs true to form. Clark County, Nevada has 8 of the top 10 foreclosure zip codes in the country, 16 of the top 20 and 34 of the top 100 according to CNN Money. WOW! California takes second place with 37 of the top 100 zip codes. They have more zip codes but Clark County, Nevada takes the jackpot by sheer foreclosure numbers, they had way too many in the top ten. In fact if San Joaquin, CA and Wayne, Michigan were removed, Clark County, Nevada would be the top ten! California and Nevada have 71 of the top 100 zip codes between them. WOW again!
